The sandstone structure that housed the bustling market activity in the past was pulled apart brick by brick and rebuilt further from the water’s edge early in the 20th century. This heritage listed building has been carefully restored and now forms part of the hotel’s lobby.
Taking inspiration from its historical name, The Corn Exchange Restaurant offers a menu that showcases Australian produce, from the a la carte menu to the sumptuous seafood buffet. Depending on what you prefer, you can choose from the excellent menu of modern Australian entrees and mains or feast from the buffet at your own pace.
