This sparkling, modern restaurant is one of Chinatown’s brightest yum cha stars as well as offering an exceptional a la carte restaurant menu with an emphasis on seafood. The 400-seater East Ocean is a vast expanse of white-clothed banquet tables and padded, high-backed chairs. Food here is exceptional with a wide range of dishes specializing in seafood fresh from the tanks.
